Release Notes for 4/30/2025

UCI Spark

• Added ability to target sparks based on housing status (on-campus and off-campus)
• Added ability to target sparks based on how students entered the university (transfer and first-year)
• Added ability to target sparks based on if students have not enrolled in a course yet
• Added a new "For You" page to the Spark Library; the "For You" page displays only Sparks that match the student, and is sorted in order of matching rank
• Added a new "Canvas Assignment Submission Trends" visualization to Course Analytics pages, displaying assignments submission trends based upon how timely the submission was
• Added new weekly email notification reminding users to log in to Spark each week
• Added ability to opt-out of weekly email notifications

Unizin Data Services

• Added ability to differentiate between students who entered as transfer students and first-year students to the Person entity
