About Teaching & Learning Analytics
The Compass Teaching & Learning Analytics (TLA) project is a cross-functional initiative that aims to improve student success and outcomes by providing data-driven insights to various stakeholders at UCI.
TLA also facilitates teaching & learning research by partnering with data scientists and facilitating access to anonymized data sets.

TLA is a collaboration between the Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching & Learning (OVPTL) and the Office of Information Technology (OIT), and is part of the campuswide Compass data driven student success collaboration. TLA offers a range of reports, dashboards, and web applications that leverage data from multiple sources to support course and learner analytics, grading equity, early intervention, co-curricular activities, and more.
