Through our close partnership with the Office of Information Technology, Teaching & Learning Analytics provides some web applications to facilitate analytics needs around campus. Currently these tools are available only to advisors, but we have exciting ideas in the works for both students and instructors in the coming months and years.
The COMPASS Student Attribute Manager is an easy-to-use way to provide lists of students to the Enrollment Management Analytics App and the Teaching & Learning Analytics reports and dashboards.
ScoreShare provides academic advisors with per-student information about assignment submissions within the Canvas learning management system.
Explorer is the campus’s front door to all things student success analytics — from easy access to reports and dashboards to information about campus units working on analytics reports, dashboards, and tools, this valuable resource will help guide users to their destinations.
Although not an analytics tool, the data available within UCI Appointments is available through the Appointments Analytics Tools created by TLA. UCI Appointments is supported by OIT Student Success Technologies.
Insights is the platform upon which ScoreShare and future TLA web applications will be built. It provides a common underlying infrastructure to support authentication, authorization, and data access. Insights also serves as the gateway to TLA web applications.
