These reports are intended for use by deans, associate deans, and department chairs, as well as their delegates.
Each report allows users to focus on first-year or transfer students. Each report defaults to show all students in the selected cohort, plus two cohorts back.

Grading Equity Data Dashboards
These dashboards visualize grading equity across schools and departments over time. The first report, for URM students, is based on research here at UCI published in PLOS ONE: Identifying systemic inequity in higher education and opportunities for improvement.
We have also put together helpful information on how to use the dashboards, read the data, and how the underlying calculations work.
